The Invitation
For the most part, you know how to show up, to be responsible, productive, and dependable. You have built a life through dedication, resilience, and the ability to keep moving forward.
And yet there is an aching and yearning that your body is asking for spaciousness, and your mind struggles to give way.
More Space, Rest Creativity & Listening
What if changing your rhythm isn't a loss of momentum? Look I know (!) it’s WAYYY counter intuitive to slow down or de-escalate some of the priorities that are serious and pressing.
What if the invitation to reconnect with your deeper flow is actually intelligence guiding you toward more of what you truly need and want?
The Story Beneath
For much of my own life, I believed my ability to keep going was evidence of my strength.
And in many ways, it was. My capacity, devotion, and determination are part of my gifts.
But over time, I began noticing the difference between moving from devotion and moving from obligation.
There were many times when I was creating from a place of aliveness, and moments when I was pushing because it felt impossible to listen. The moments I thought were slowing me down often became the moments that brought me back to myself.
In the emptiness and simplicity, I could hear what I actually desired and feel my greater direction. In the space between doing and being, I could reconnect with my own wisdom.
Making space for my being to BE a being BEing. hehe:)
Cyclical Perspective
Our greater natural world (which we are intricately woven into and forget often) has always understood something that productivity culture often forgets:
🌀 Everything moves in cycles. 🌀
Life has always moved in cycles. The forests know it. The oceans know it. Our bodies know it too.
There are seasons of becoming, of letting go, of integration, of beginning again.
We move through thresholds in our lives; relationships ending, identities shifting, spiritual awakenings unfolding, and the deep process of integrating our healing and psychedelic journeys.
The feminine body carries this wisdom in an especially tangible way through the menstrual cycle.
Across the menstrual cycle, her energy, emotional landscape, creativity, and capacity naturally shift.
The body is not designed to offer the same expression of itself every day.
This cyclical intelligence continues to evolve through the thresholds of womanhood.
From the fertile years into perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, inviting us to listen differently, honor change, and recognize that transformation is not a loss of who we are, but an unfolding of deeper intelligence and becoming.
Elephants and mammals facts about perimenopause and other animals whose women die and cease to have purpose beyond fertile and child rearing years
Rather than seeing these shifts as inconsistency, we can begin to recognize them as intelligence. There are times for outward expression, creation, and action and times for inward listening, restoration, and reflection.
Yet we are taught to override our own internal rhythms.
“Hope is not a feeling but a practice of participating in life's ongoing renewal, even in times of uncertainty.” Joanna Macy
The Reframe
Have you considered that your slower seasons may be where your deepest creativity is forming?
When you honor your need for rest, clarity has room to emerge. The feminine understands that growth unfolds through intrinsic rhythm, seasons of unyielding action and delicate integration, expansion and retreat.

The Embodied Invitation
Will you take a breath with me and turn your attention inward?
Allow these questions to guide your reflection,
whether now or in your next journaling session.
Where is life inviting me to unfold rather than accelerate?
What is asking for more tenderness, patience, or space?
If I trusted my own rhythm, what might become possible?
The woman you are becoming is learning to let her wisdom lead. You were never meant to run like a machine. You were always meant to live in rhythm with the intelligence that already lives within you.
This is the foundation of the
Somatic Ritual Sessions:
Creating a compassionate relationship with the parts of yourself that have shaped your life, while using ritual to honor the moments when something is changing, being released, or beginning anew.
Ritual might support you through leaving a relationship, moving through grief, or stepping into a new chapter of your life. These moments can become opportunities to consciously mark what is ending, honor what has been, and make space for what is ready to emerge.

For those wanting a longer communal journey,
The Devotional Body...
Weaves somatic practice, plant medicine - microdosing, ritual & embodiment into a group container for women returning to a deeper relationship with themselves.

Ceremony and Psychedelic Integration...
Offers support in navigating expanded states of awareness with grounding, intention, and integration.
You may leave feeling...
Less weighed down by anxiety, fear, or sadness.
More spacious and at ease in your body.
Clearer about what you need and what comes next.
Less caught in old patterns and emotional loops.
More connected to your desire, vitality, and sense of possibility.
More able to meet yourself with compassion rather than overwhelm.
