I believe in the healing power of embodiment, mindfulness, and ceremony to bring us closer to palpable joy, internal regulated peace, and a deeper understanding of who we truly are. Which I know to be a steady stream of presence and benevolent awareness. 

 

My work is guided by a desire to ease suffering for myself, for people and the natural world and to help cultivate authentic connection with heartfelt gratitude, aligned purpose, and the sacredness of everyday life on on earth. 

 

Over the last ten years as a counselor and somatic practitioner, I’ve walked a path of personal healing and self-discovery coming to the truth that we must hold both pleasure and pain simultaneously and with compassion. 

 

My path seems to be one of untangling patterns of lineage trauma, cultural conditioning, and nervous system dis-regulation, finding a gentler and more curious relationship with the parts of myself that feel stuck or unseen. Far from easy, these experiences have shaped me into someone who deeply values slow living, hope, playfulness, creativity, and connection ~ and I feel called to share what I’ve learned. 

 

I believe healing is a shared journey, and when one of us grows, we all grow.

 

My approach is influenced by the guidance of many dharma and shamanic teachers, plant medicines, and somatic practices that have taught me how to truly listen, both to myself and to others. Rooted in an animist perspective, I see spirit in all things and strive to live in balance and harmony with the world around me.

 

I currently offer virtual counseling, as well as in-person ceremonies, retreats, and guidance sessions. These are spaces for exploring embodiment, ritual, and alignment with what feels true and meaningful. 

 

In my free time, you might find me sharing deep conversations with friends, wandering in nature, collecting spring water, sipping cacao, or gazing at the stars. I cherish simple joys like reading, sharing songs, soaking in hot springs, and connecting with the land. My journey is one of presence and discovery, and I’m grateful to walk this path alongside others.
